Refund

We will promptly process the refund no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned product; or 14 days from the date you provide proof that you have returned the products, or, if no product has been delivered, 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to cancel the order. You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been successfully made, indicating the total amount refunded.

 

You will be refunded the price you paid for the products, excluding the costs of the first delivery (€ 6). Please also note that the costs of returning the product(s) to our warehouse, by courier or postal service, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

The refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. If there is no correspondence between the addressee of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in the event of a return, shall be made, in any case, to the person who made the payment.
