- over € 99 - FREE rate

- Estimated delivery time is 3/7 working days with GLS (Europe) and DHL(Rest of the world);
- Cash on delivery - not available;
- All product prices on this website include VAT.
Damaged product
If the product or packaging arrives damaged or ruined due to shipping, the customer is advised to contact our customer service (clienti@giardiniditoscana.com) by sending detailed photos.
Without photographic evidence of the damaged product, we will not be able to process any return, replacement, or refund. All damage claims sent via email will be considered only if received within 30 days from the date the customer received the goods.
CUSTOMS FEES ARE UNDER THE RESPONSABILITY OF THE CUSTOMER,
please check the customs fees applied by your country/region as a certain percentage of the value of the goods may be applied upon arrival in your country/region. The customer will be able to track the shipment thanks to the tracking number and/or link that will be sent to you directly by the courier after the order has been prepared.
