Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Giardini di Toscana Srl website. We invite you to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before using our website and proceeding with purchases. By accessing and using the giardiniditoscana.com website, you agree to respect and abide by the Terms and Conditions set out below.

  1. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (available only for Italy)

Orders authorized and received before 3pm will be processed and dispatched the same day, while those received after this time will be processed the next working day.

  1. Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of the date on which:

  • We receive the returned product, or
  • We receive proof of the return, or again
  • We receive notification of the customer's decision to cancel the order (if no product has been delivered).

The customer will receive a confirmation email containing the total amount refunded. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Initial delivery costs and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Return Policy and Procedure

The customer has 14 days from delivery of the products to return them to the following address: Giardini di Toscana Srl Via della Libertà 22/A - Soci 52011 Bibbiena (AR)

  • Return Policy : We do not accept returns for:
    • Discovery Kit
    • Customizable Kit
    • Bianco Latte Body Cream
    • BoraBora Body Cream

For safety and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned.

  • Return Procedure :
    1. Send an email to clienti@giardiniditoscana.com to inform of the intention to make the return, specifying the order number and the name.
    2. Carefully package the product; it must be intact, complete with the original box and the purchase receipt.
    3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns for Damaged Products : If the product arrives damaged, we will replace it and send a new product. Detailed photos must be sent via email within 30 days of receipt.
  1. Delivery Methods, Times and Rates
  • Italy : Delivery in 1-2 working days (Minor islands 3/5 working days)
    • Shipping costs: €4.00 for orders up to €41.00; free for orders over €41.00.
  • Abroad : Delivery in 3-7 working days with DPD or GLS (European Union), and DHL or UPS (Rest of the world).
  1. Taxes and Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer assumes responsibility for any customs duties and local taxes. These charges cannot be refunded or considered as a reason for termination of the contract.

  1. Damaged Product

In case of damaged product or packaging during shipping, please contact our customer service (clienti@giardiniditoscana.com) sending detailed photos. We will not be able to proceed with the return or replacement without photographic evidence.

  1. Intellectual property

The site and all its contents are the exclusive property of Giardini di Toscana Srl, which holds all intellectual property rights relating to the trademarks, models, copyrights and images present. Reproduction, download or use of contents, even partial, without explicit authorization and for commercial purposes is prohibited. Any violation will be prosecuted as established by law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Giardini di Toscana Srl is committed to ensuring the accuracy and updating of the information on the site and reserves the right to modify the contents at any time and without notice. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors or inaccuracies. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from the use or inability to use the site and for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the information obtained from the site.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The new version will come into force as soon as it is published and will be considered accepted unconditionally by any user who accesses the site after such publication.
